Perfect child room decoration and in working condition
Charming vintage wooden pull-along toy attributed to MIVA Vacov, made in former Czechoslovakia circa 1960s. The painted wooden duck stands on a wheeled platform and plays a small xylophone with two mallets. When the toy is pulled, the mechanical construction moves the arms and mallets.
Made of painted wood with metal parts, retaining its original bright red, blue, yellow and cream colours. A wonderful example of mid-century Czechoslovak wooden toy design.
The toy measures approximately 23 cm (9.1 in) long and 22 cm (8.7 in) high.
Good original vintage condition with visible paint loss, wear and traces of use consistent with age. Please see the photographs for details.
