Pair of midcentury porcelain sea-child (Triton) figures by Rörstrand, Sweden, ca. 1950s.
Each child holds a conch shell, evoking the mythological Tritons, messengers of the sea.
Executed in smooth white porcelain with minimalist modelling, typical of Harald Salomon's marine-themed designs for Rörstrand.
Their calm expression and pure form capture the essence of Scandinavian midcentury elegance and mythological symbolism.
