Likely dating from the 18th century, this piece embodies the ornate aesthetic and devotional fervor characteristic of that period. The richly patterned robes, adorned with floral and foliate gold motifs, were most likely applied using stencil or stamp techniques—common practice in religious workshops catering to both monastic and popular devotion.

The visual language aligns closely with the Cusco School (Escuela Cusqueña), a prominent artistic movement of the Viceroyalty of Peru, yet also shares features with Southern European religious folk art.
