Chinese porcelain bowl dating from the late 19th century, decorated in the fencai palette with underglaze cobalt blue fruiting branches bearing peaches, pomegranates and finger citrons. These traditional Chinese motifs represent longevity, prosperity and abundance. The bowl is finished with a pale celadon-toned glaze and raised on a short circular foot.
