Theodorus Antonius Maria (Theo) van de Vathorst (Utrecht, 12 januari 1934 - aldaar, 21 januari 2022) was een Nederlandse beeldhouwer.

He worked in bronze, stone and ceramics. In addition to monumental sculpture and large reliefs, Theo also maked portraits, small bronzes and medals.

In 2005 he received the prestigious J. Sanford Saltus Award for Outstanding Achievement in the Art of Medals.
